Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Every new patient receives a complimentary 30-minute consultation with a master injector or aesthetic provider to map a personalized treatment plan.
Who performs the treatments?
All injectable and energy-based treatments are performed by board-certified nurse practitioners and physician associates under the supervision of our medical director.
How do I prepare for an injectable appointment?
Avoid blood-thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) and alcohol for 24 hours before to reduce bruising. Come with clean skin and a few comparison photos if you have them.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice on all cancellations. Same-day cancellations forfeit any pre-paid deposit; no-shows are charged 50% of the service total.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we accept Cherry, Affirm, and CareCredit. Plans range from 6 to 24 months, with options for 0% APR on qualifying treatments.
Will my results look natural?
That is the entire point of our practice. We tailor every protocol to your facial proportions, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals — never a one-size template.
